How Does A Person Qualify To Become A MMSN Franchisee?

First, let me say that we welcome your interest, and at the same time, I need to inform you that our qualifying process is pretty tough. We intentionally look for individuals that we believe will advance the growth of the Max Muscle Sports Nutrition (MMSN) business in a positive way in their local area.

If you investigate the MMSN franchise system, you will learn that we have a very low turn over among our franchisees. There are two reasons for this:

  1. We provide a tremendous amount of initial and ongoing support services to our franchisees.
  2. We are very selective in choosing the individuals to whom we award our franchise. We have devoted nearly two decades to developing a very positive image for Max Muscle Sports Nutrition and we intend to maintain that positive image. Our ability to continue to build MMSN in an aggressive, positive, successful manner is highly dependent on our selection of the “right” individuals to own our franchises. 

Can YOU see yourself as one of our franchisees? If so, let me briefly describe our franchisee qualifying process.

We use a 6-step qualifying process that includes these steps:

  1. A “get acquainted” telephone interview, which allows us to learn more about your background, degree of interest in “fitness”, family values, personal situation, personal goals, and financial ambition.
  2. An in-depth discussion about the “day in the life of” a Max Muscle Sports Nutrition franchisee, to educate you about what our franchisees do and how they do it. This interview is followed by each candidate supplying us with additional information about them selves in writing.
  3. A detailed conversation about our Franchise Agreement, using our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), so we can provide you with a solid understanding how our business works, what franchisees can expect from us, and what we expect from our franchisees. Nobody likes surprises, especially in business.
  4. A series of conversations with our existing franchisees, so candidates can hear directly from those individuals that we have already accepted into our business.
  5. A 1-day visit to Max Muscle Sports Nutrition’s home office and training center in Anaheim, CA, so our executive team can meet each prospective franchisee, and, so each candidate can ask our home office team directly a variety of questions, such as “Where is this market going? What actions is MMSN taking to remain a leader in this market? Etc.” The offices are not fancy, but the commitment, people, leadership, knowledge and experience are terrific!
  6. A thorough review of an applicant’s entire 6-step qualifying process and our decision regarding the acceptability of each candidate.

We love our franchise business, and we would like for you to investigate it further. If there is a match between our offerings/requirements and your goals/qualifications, then perhaps one day we will be on the same team.
